Licensing / regulatory status
Tri-Hearts Skills Center is a private occupational school regulated by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure; the program is occupational (job-preparation) in nature.
Our Faculty
Your courses are led by experienced nurse instructors and clinical educators who guide you from first class to final clinical:
- Provide academic guidance and exam preparation support (study strategies, time management, CNA exam information).
- Offer career readiness help—resume and interview coaching, local employer leads (no job guarantee).
- Coordinate accessibility and accommodations with students who have documented needs, including alternate-format materials.
Together, the team models the professionalism, communication, and patient-dignity standards you’ll be expected to uphold in the workplace.
